What is NOVARIS SOLUTIONS?
NOVARIS SOLUTIONS builds its own software, NOVARIS Go and NOVARIS Pro, and adapts it to the way each business works, with artificial intelligence and automation built in. For businesses across the Americas, Europe and the Caribbean.
What products does NOVARIS offer?
Two products. NOVARIS Go, for small and medium-sized businesses: everything to serve, sell and operate in one place, with an AI assistant that replies for you. And NOVARIS Pro, for mid-size and large companies with multiple branches or countries.
What is NOVARIS Go?
Your business answered, selling and organized in one place. Your AI assistant replies to your customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and calls, while you and your team focus on selling. To find out whether it fits your business, reach out through Let's talk.

When will NOVARIS Pro be available?
It's coming soon. We don't publish dates: you can join the waitlist on the NOVARIS Pro page and we'll let you know when it's available.
Can I move from NOVARIS Go to NOVARIS Pro?
Pro includes everything in Go (voice, posts, ads, branches) and much more. A Go customer can move to Pro as they grow.
How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices on the website. Tell us how your business works through Let's talk and we'll talk it through.
Which businesses does NOVARIS work with?
Businesses across the Americas, Europe and the Caribbean. NOVARIS Go is designed for small and medium-sized businesses, and NOVARIS Pro for mid-size and large companies.
Data and privacy
Does NOVARIS sell my data?
No. NOVARIS does not sell personal data. We explain this in the Privacy Policy.
What does NOVARIS Go use Google Calendar for?
NOVARIS Go uses Google Calendar to book the business's appointments without overlaps: it checks busy times on the calendar the business chooses and creates, updates and cancels the events for the appointments the business books through NOVARIS Go. It does not read other events. The business can disconnect Google Calendar at any time.
Does the website use cookies?
It sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising. The details are in the Cookie Policy.
How do I ask for access, correction or deletion of my data?
Write to privacy@novarissolution.com. The steps are in How to Delete Your Data, in the Legal Center. We reply within 30 days at most.
Security and contact
How do I report a security issue?
Write to security@novarissolution.com. We welcome good-faith reports; the rules for security research are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Which languages is the website in?
Spanish and English. You can switch language with the ES / EN selector at the top.
